Do you build custom steel frames to order?
Yes. Custom frame building is at the heart of the workshop. We build in steel for its ride quality, durability, and repairability, sizing and shaping each frame around how and where you ride rather than a stock geometry chart.
Can you service a bike I did not buy from you?
Absolutely. Full services, repairs, wheel building, and fittings are for every rider in the area, whatever badge is on the down tube. Bring in your everyday commuter, your gravel bike, or a frame we built for you.
How long does a full service take?
It depends on the condition of the bike and the parts we need, but most full services are turned around within a few working days. We will always talk through what a bike needs and confirm the work before we start.
What is included in a bike fitting?
A fitting works through your contact points and position on the bike so you can ride longer and more comfortably. We adjust the bike to your body rather than asking your body to adapt to the bike.
Do you build custom wheels?
Yes. Wheel building is a craft we take seriously, lacing and tensioning by hand for wheels that stay true and roll well under real-world miles. We can build to match how you ride and the terrain around Sheridan.
